BRIDGE MENTAL'S PERINATAL PROGRAM

Helping you navigate pregnancy & early motherhood

Empower yourself with our tailored support group sessions led by experienced counseling professionals.

What We Offer

We are piloting a perinatal program. We're looking for 30 individuals to trial a new memory-based technique developed by our research team.

Our expert counselors will lead monthly group support sessions for new and expecting mothers. Eligible participants range from any stage of pregnancy through those in their first year of motherhood. These sessions have been designed to be expert-led, but peer-driven. By learning from each other's experiences, we can develop a community that allows us all to collectively grow.
